Working Principle

Impact crusher is a kind of crushing machinery that uses impact energy to crush materials, when the rotor is driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at high speed, when the material enters the blow bar action area, it is broken by the blow bar on the rotor and then thrown to the impact device to be crushed again, and then bounced back to the blow bar action area from the impact liner to be crushed again, this process is repeated, that is, the material is crushed by mutual impact in the first impact area, and then enters the second impact area to be impacted and crushed again, until the material is crushed to the adjusted particle size and discharged from the discharge port.
