Overview

The three-roller crusher is suitable for fine crushing operations of solid materials with compressive strength less than 240Mpa and moisture content less than 30%, such as fertilizer, coke, coal, cement clinker, ceramic raw materials, limestone, feldspar, water slag, quartz stone, gypsum, clay, salt, chemical raw materials and other solid materials. It has the characteristics of low maintenance cost, large crushing ratio, reliable performance, less dust, and low noise.
The three-roller crusher is equipped with three crushing rollers, and according to the crushing particle size required by the user, the combination of welding roller surface and flat roller surface can be arbitrarily selected from the three roller surfaces.
The three-roller crusher is a patented product developed by our company (patent number: ZL 2010 2 0529725.7), which is suitable for fine crushing operations with feed particle size less than 90mm and finished product particle size requiring 0.2-10mm, such as fertilizer plant crushing fertilizer; ceramic industry crushing feldspar; cement plant crushing cement clinker and water slag; quartz industry crushing quartz stone; crushing iron ore in iron ore industry; crushing various chemical raw materials in the chemical industry; or crushing occasions similar to the above.

Working Principle

The three-roller crusher is to use three high-strength wear-resistant alloy crushing rollers, the high extrusion force generated by the relative rotation to crush the material, the material enters the crushing chamber of the upper two rollers after being subjected to the relative rotation of the two rollers of extrusion, the material is immediately extrusion and grinding (rough crushing) of the material for the first time, the material immediately enters the lower two rollers of relative rotation (the middle roller is a common roller) The extrusion force of the lower two rollers is used for secondary extrusion and grinding (fine crushing), and the crushing into the required particle size is discharged from the discharge port.
