Working Principle
When the machine is working, the motor drives the large bevel gear at the bottom of the eccentric sleeve through the fluid coupler and small bevel gear, so that the eccentric sleeve rotates, causing the cone to rotate and swing and crush the material. The main shaft of the crusher is immovable, but only supports the spherical tiles to withstand the crushing force. Because the crusher spindle does not move and the eccentric sleeve transmits the crushing force, the structure can withstand a large crushing force, which is very suitable for fine crushing and ultra-fine crushing, because the crushing force of ultra-fine crushing is very large. It is expected that the particle size of its products (for ultra-fine fragmented liners) can reach 50^80% in 15m2 when the circuit is open (depending on the nature of the material). The crusher is suitable for the third or fourth stage crushing of metal mine concentrators; It is suitable for building materials or non-metallic mines and civil engineering. Especially in areas where the supply of natural sand required for civil engineering is insufficient.

Working characteristics
1. The moving cone rotates continuously, and the crushing process and discharging process of the material are carried out alternately and continuously along the working surface, with high productivity.
2. The material is sandwiched between two cones, subjected to extrusion, bending and shearing, which is easier to crush and has low power consumption.
3. The product material is more uniform, cube-shaped, and the wear of the working surface of the moving cone is also more uniform.
4. Introduction to the structure, the structure of the cone crusher is mainly composed of organic frame, horizontal shaft, moving cone, balance wheel, eccentric sleeve, upper crushing wall (fixed cone), lower crushing wall (moving cone), hydraulic coupler, lubrication system, hydraulic system, control system and other parts.
5. The moving cone and the fixed cone are both upright, and when the moving cone swings, there is a parallel belt with an equal gap between the moving cone and the fixed cone near the crushing chamber discharge port, so that the finished product is uniform. The size of the feeding port is not large, and it can handle all the materials that have been crushed for the first time.
6. This series of cone crusher adopts two sealing methods: dry oil or water, so that dust impurities cannot enter the human body, so as to ensure the cleanliness of lubrication oil, extend the service life of plain bearings and thrust ball bearings, and make the machine run reliably.
