Overview
The four-roller three-crushing crusher is suitable for ultra-fine crushing operations of solid materials with compressive strength less than 240Mpa and moisture content of less than 30%, such as coke, coal, ceramic raw materials, ore, water slag, gypsum, clay, salt, chemical raw materials and other solid materials, which have the characteristics of low maintenance cost, large crushing ratio, reliable performance, less dust, and low noise.
Four-roller three-crusher is a patented product developed by our company (patent number: ZL 2010 2 0529725.7). The four roller surfaces are divided into welded overlay roller surfaces or flat roller surfaces, which can be selected and combined according to the particle size required by the user, and are suitable for ultra-fine crushing operations with feed particle size less than 60mm and finished product particle size requirements of 0.1-5mm. For example, the mining industry crushes quartz and iron ore; ceramic industry crushing feldspar; crushing limestone in thermal power plants; crushing water slag in cement plants; Building materials factory crushing gypsum; the chemical industry crushes various chemical raw materials, etc.; Or a similar crushing occasion as above.
Working Principle
The four-roll three-crushing crusher uses four high-strength wear-resistant alloy crushing rollers to crush materials with high extrusive force and shear force generated by relative rotation. After the material enters the V-shaped crushing chamber of the top two rollers, it is affected by the extrusion force of the relative rotation of the upper two rollers, and the material is extruded and ground for the first time (coarse crushing), and then enters the middle two-roller V-shaped crushing chamber of the opposite rotation for secondary extrusion and grinding (fine crushing), and finally enters the V-shaped crushing chamber of the lower two rollers for the third extrusion, shearing and grinding (ultra-fine crushing), and then crushes it into the required particle size and discharges it from the discharge port.
