Working Principle
The fine jaw crusher is driven by the motor to drive the belt and pulley, through the eccentric shaft to make the moving jaw run up and down, when the moving jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes larger, so as to push the moving jaw plate to approach the fixed jaw plate, and at the same time the material is crushed or split to achieve the purpose of crushing; When the moving jaw goes down, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes smaller, and the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of tie rod and spring, and the crushed material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber at this time, and the crushing mobile jaw is crushed with the continuous rotation of the motor to crush the material in a cyclical operation, and the crushed ideal particles are discharged from the discharge port.
