Overview
The single-tooth roller crusher is suitable for coarse crushing operations of solid materials below medium hardness (compressive hardness < 150Mpa), such as sintered ore, coal, slag, oil shale, soft ore and other materials. It has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, high temperature resistance, simple structure, reliable performance, and low power consumption. It can be used in metallurgy, coal mine, electric power, chemical, mining and other industries.
Working Principle
Single-tooth roller crusher is a new type of coarse crushing equipment designed by combining the advantages of roller crusher and jaw crusher, and taking advantage of the advantages of these two crushers.
The single-tooth roller crusher is composed of a tooth roller and a fixed screen plate, the tooth roller is driven by the motor, reducer, coupling, the large material enters the crushing chamber composed of tooth roller and sieve plate from the feeding port, and is subjected to the impact and splitting action of the crushing teeth to crush the material to the required particle size. In order to ensure the reliability of the single-tooth roller crusher in a high-temperature environment, the hollow spindle water circulation cooling method is used to control the bearing temperature within a certain range.
