Overview

SYJW series double shaft paddle mixer, also known as gravityless mixer or gravityless particle mixer, is a mixer that specializes in the mixing of materials with large differences in specific gravity, fineness, fluidity and other physical properties.
The standard configuration of this mixer is composed of two mixer spindles with opposite reverse paddle shafts stacked in a staggered manner. When working, the two spindles relative reverse rotation drives the paddles to turn the material along the axial and radial cycle, the paddle’s trajectory of the outer circle of intersecting relationships, and staggered engagement, in the fast-rotating paddles under the force, the material is thrown by centrifugal force to the center of the cylinder in the air, the material to reach the highest point of the parabolic line of the drop (at this time that is the instantaneous weightlessness), the material is once again subjected to the paddles of the repulsion, the cylinder in the body! The materials are driven by the paddles again and thrown up and down in the cylinder body in a reciprocating cycle, and are subject to mixing, shearing and separating by the meshing space of the double shafts, resulting in rapid and uniform mixing of the materials. It can be equipped with the crushing device introduced from abroad to realize the function of crushing and shearing at the same time of mixing.
