Overview

The four-roller crusher is suitable for fine crushing operations of solid materials with compressive strength less than 300Mpa and moisture content of less than 30%, such as coke, coal, ceramic raw materials, ore, water slag, gypsum, clay, salt, chemical raw materials and other solid materials, with the characteristics of low maintenance cost, large crushing ratio, reliable performance, less dust, and low noise.
The four roller surfaces of the four-roller crusher are divided into welded roller surfaces or flat roller surfaces, which are selected and combined according to the particle size required by the user, and are suitable for fine crushing operations with feed particle size less than 90mm and finished product particle size requirements of 0.2-10mm. For example, crushing coke in steel mills; crushing coal in coking plants; Quartz industry crushing quartz stone; crushing iron ore in the iron ore industry, etc.; Or a similar crushing occasion as above.

Working Principle

The four-roller crusher uses four high-strength wear-resistant alloy crushing rollers, the high extrusive force and shear force generated by relative rotation to crush materials. After the material enters the V-shaped crushing chamber of the upper two rollers, it is affected by the extrusion force of the relative rotation of the upper two rollers, and the material is extruded and ground for the first time (rough crushing), and then enters the lower two rollers of relative rotation for secondary extrusion, and after shearing and grinding (fine crushing), it is crushed into the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port.
