Overview

The ring hammer crusher is suitable for medium crushing or fine crushing operations of various medium and hard materials with a crushing strength of less than 150Mpa and a moisture content of no more than 12%, such as: coal, coal gangue, coke, slag, red sandstone, shale, loose limestone, etc. It has the characteristics of simple structure, large crushing ratio, efficient energy saving, low noise, and less dust. It can be widely used in thermopower, cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, highways, combustion and other industries.

Working Principle

The main component of a ring hammer crusher is a rotor with a hammer head, which consists of a spindle, a turntable, a pin and a hammer head. The rotor rotates at high speed in the crushing chamber driven by the motor, and the material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding port, and the material is crushed by the blow, impact, shearing and grinding of the hammer head in high-speed motion. The lower part of the rotor is equipped with a sieve plate, the crushed material is discharged through the screen plate of particles smaller than the size of the screen hole, and the material larger than the size of the screen hole is blocked on the screen plate and continues to be hit and milled by the hammer head, and finally reaches the particle size and discharged out of the machine through the screen plate, which can be customized according to the user’s requirements to change the discharge particle size to meet the needs of different users.
