Overview

The hammer crusher is suitable for crushing hard materials and medium hard materials with a compressive strength of less than 250Mpa, such as limestone, dolomite, shale, gypsum ore, gravestone, coal gangue and other medium hard and brittle materials. It has the characteristics of large crushing ratio and uniform discharge particle size, and can select and pre-order the screen plate according to the different needs of users, which is the ideal crushing equipment for mining, cement, building materials and other industries.

Working Principle

The hammer crusher spindle is equipped with a number of regularly distributed hammer heads, and the turntable and hammer form a rotor, through the motor and the V-belt drive the spindle, so that the rotor rotates, the centrifugal force generated by the hammer is rotated to the surroundings, the large material from the feed port into the crushing chamber, after being hit by the high-speed rotating hammer head, the required material is discharged from the lower part of the crusher from the caster strip gap, and the material that does not meet the requirements remains in the crushing chamber, and is repeatedly hit by the hammer head and the material until it reaches the fineness before being discharged out of the machine.
