Overview

The four-tooth roller crusher is suitable for solid materials with a compressive strength of less than 240Mpa and a moisture content of less than 30%, and requires fine and medium crushing operations with less powder and more particles. Such as coal, coke, fertilizer raw materials, petroleum coke, glass pipes, chemical raw materials and other solid materials. It has the characteristics of low maintenance cost, large crushing ratio, reliable performance, less dust, and low noise.
The four-tooth roller crusher is equipped with four crushing rollers, the upper two rollers are tooth roller surfaces, and the lower two rollers are overlay roller surfaces (flat roller surface or straight teeth are optional), which is suitable for medium and fine crushing operations with feed particle size less than 700mm and finished product particle size requirements of 2-30mm. Such as sulfide bed boilers in thermal power plants, crushed coal in ordinary boilers, crushed fertilizer raw materials in fertilizer plants, crushed waste glass pipes in the solar industry, etc.; Or a similar crushing occasion as above.

Working Principle

The four-tooth roller crusher uses four high-strength wear-resistant crushing rollers, the high extrusive force and shear force generated by relative rotation to crush materials. After the material enters the gap between the upper two tooth rollers (V-shaped crushing chamber), it is subjected to the extrusion and shearing action of the relative rotation of the two tooth rollers, and after the material is squeezed and sheared (rough crushing) for the first time, it enters the lower two rollers of relative rotation again, and then the lower two rollers are extrusion, shearing and grinding (fine crushing) into the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port
