Overview
The ZR0709SS-2 Series Electromagnetic Wet Mortar Magnetic Separator is a proprietary product independently developed by our company, specifically designed for iron removal from relatively coarse-grained mortar. Featuring a unique design, this machine not only retains the excellent magnetic separation performance of chamber-type electromagnetic slurry magnetic separators, but also ingeniously solves the problems of sedimentation and clogging that frequently occur with coarse-grained mortar during magnetic separation by adopting co-current flow and other optimized measures. It effectively addresses the long-standing industrial challenge of unsatisfactory magnetic separation results for coarse-grained mortar, and has been well received by users.
Working Principle
1. Unique design that leverages the high-efficiency magnetic separation performance of chamber-type electromagnetic slurry magnetic separators. The magnetic field intensity of the medium grid inside the working chamber reaches 18,000–20,000 gauss, delivering remarkable iron removal effects.
2. Adopts co-current flow and other optimized measures to ingeniously solve the problems of sedimentation and clogging commonly encountered with coarse-grained mortar during magnetic separation, ensuring stable and smooth operation.
3. Equipped with high-pressure water flushing for thorough and rapid cleaning; a single cleaning cycle can be completed in just over ten seconds.
4. Utilizes forced oil circulation and water cooling for excellent cooling performance.
5. Real-time coil temperature monitoring effectively prevents coil burnout caused by excessive temperature rise.
6. Fully automatic operation requires no manual intervention after startup; the system automatically completes the iron removal process according to preset programs..
