Overview

The ZR0709LZ and ZR0709SLZ Series Special Demagnetizers for Lithium-Ion Battery Cathode Materials are developed by our company in response to the current demagnetization requirements for lithium-ion battery cathode materials.
Based on our mature electromagnetic powder demagnetization technology, they are designed according to the physical properties and special requirements of various lithium-ion battery cathode materials. The series includes two models: the dry-type ZR0709LZ and the wet-type ZR0709SLZ.

Working Principle

1. Developed on the basis of the mature technology of the ZR0709-2 and ZR0709-3 Series Electromagnetic Powder Iron Removers, combined with the physical properties and special requirements of lithium‑ion battery cathode materials, featuring strong pertinence and practicality.
2. Adopts advanced constant magnetic technology. Once the magnetic field strength is set according to material characteristics, it remains stable unaffected by coil temperature, ambient temperature, grid voltage fluctuations and other factors, ensuring consistent demagnetization performance for lithium‑ion battery cathode materials and maintaining optimal efficiency.
3. All exposed parts of the equipment are free of copper, zinc and other prohibited materials. Only dedicated components for lithium‑ion battery cathode materials are used and strictly tested, with copper and zinc contents meeting the required standards for cathode materials.
4. Can be equipped with a full stainless steel casing to meet strict on‑site requirements from users.
