Overview

The ZR0709-3-H Series Electromagnetic Powder Iron Remover is developed on the basis of the principles and proven technologies of the ZR0709-2-G Series Electromagnetic Powder Iron Remover. Drawing on the advantages of similar equipment from the United States, Japan and South Korea, it has been designed through comprehensive three-dimensional finite element calculations and analysis using finite element numerical analysis software for electromagnetic fields. The coil structure and magnetic circuit structure have been fully optimized, and the equipment configuration has been upgraded in all aspects including coil materials and component brands, resulting in a world-class electromagnetic powder iron removal device.
Compared with similar equipment from the US, Japan and South Korea, this machine features stronger magnetic force and better performance, with all technical indicators meeting or exceeding those of comparable imported equipment.

Working Principle

When the coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated, which forms a high-density magnetic field in the magnetic chamber through the magnetic conductive circuit. The magnetic conductive grid inside the chamber is magnetized to produce a strong magnetic field. As powder material passes through the magnetic conductive grid assembly, magnetic impurities are adsorbed onto the grid plates, while non-magnetic material is discharged through the discharge outlet.
For iron cleaning, the coil is de-energized and demagnetized, and the magnetic conductive grid loses magnetism simultaneously. The magnetic impurities, no longer under magnetic attraction, are discharged through the iron discharge outlet under the action of gravity and vibration.
