Working Principle

A complete automatic line including bag feeding → weighing → sealing → check weighing → metal detection → palletizing.

Application

Fully automatic 25–50kg packaging for large-scale powder factories.

Structure:

Net weight weighing hopper, dual-speed feeding gate, weighing module, bag clamping mechanism, touch screen control system.

(1) Automatic zero correction and automatic advance compensation
(2) Digital filtering for anti-vibration and fault self-diagnosis
(3) Automatic / manual switching

Advantages and Disadvantages:
Advantages: More accurate net weight measurement, high speed and excellent stability.
Disadvantages: Only suitable for materials with good fluidity.
