Shredding knives are made of special alloy steel, high-speed steel, etc. through special processing technology, with good wear resistance, high strength, repairability and other characteristics, when working, the two shredding tooth knives implement the differential relative operation mode, forming a crushing tooth cavity, tearing and squeezing the incoming material to the required particle size.
The tooth knife has a unique design in terms of thickness, shape, arrangement order, etc., and has strong shear force, which can improve the shredding efficiency. The driving part is driven by a heavy-duty planetary gear reducer, which has the characteristics of low speed, large torque, and low noise; The bearing housing adopts a folio type, easy and convenient to disassemble and replace the gear cutter, good interchangeability of parts, the outer frame structure of extra-thick plate welding, the powerful rotating shaft of the large-angle hexagonal column, and the large diameter of the solid feeding hopper, so that you can confidently put in large raw materials. The electrical part adopts PLC program and touch screen control, with video surveillance system, automatic detection of overload protection and other functions.
