Zhuiri Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen is equipped with an ultrasonic mesh cleaning system on the basis of the rotary vibrating screen, specially designed to solve the problems of mesh blockage caused by ultra-fine powder, static electricity, adhesion and agglomeration.
Working Principle:
Low-frequency rotary vibration screening combined with high-frequency ultrasonic resonance keeps materials suspended on the screen surface, preventing adhesion and mesh blockage
Application:
Ultra-fine powders of 100–635 mesh such as lithium battery materials, metal powders, silicon carbide, graphite, medicinal powder and pigments.
