Overview
Fluid pipeline magnetic separators, also known as magnetic fluid separators or magnetic fluid filters, are applied to fluid materials with varying viscosities such as fluids and semi-fluids to remove iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles.
This keeps materials clean and protects downstream production equipment.
Working Principle
1. To adapt to various operating conditions, our company has developed a wide range of fluid magnetic separators.
2. Can be designed as high-intensity magnetic type (maximum magnetic field 12,000 GS) and easy-clean type (maximum magnetic field 8,000 GS) for customers to choose according to their needs.
3. Standard operating temperature is ≤80℃; high-temperature resistant models are available for special requirements.
4. Designed with flanges, clamps, bolts or quick-release latches for easy installation, removal and cleaning of magnetic components.
5. Pipeline material is available in 304 or 316L stainless steel.
6. Rational structural design ensures optimal iron removal efficiency without obstructing material flow.
7. Pressure requirements and other special specifications can be customized according to customer needs.
