Overview
Drawer-type magnetic separators are widely used in ceramics, chemicals, plastics, rubber, dyestuffs, food, pharmaceuticals, mining, environmental protection and other industries. They are suitable for removing ferromagnetic impurities from dry powder, flake and granular materials.
Working Principle
1. Can be designed as high-intensity magnetic type (max. magnetic field 12,000 GS) and easy-clean type (max. magnetic field 8,000 GS) drawer magnetic separators for users to choose according to their needs.
2. Inlet and outlet can be designed with round or square flanges, which can be easily installed on various pipelines as required by users.
3. Operating temperature of standard products is ≤80℃; high-temperature resistant products are available upon user request.
4. Single-layer, double-layer or multi-layer magnetic grids can be provided according to user requirements.
5. Drawer body is available in 304 and 316L stainless steel.
